1. Scope of services

Nova Studio provides strategy, design, digital product, content, and marketing support services. The scope, timeline, deliverables, and fees for each project are defined in a written agreement or proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, our services are limited to the specific work described in that agreement.

2. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely information, approvals, access to relevant tools or assets, and clear feedback. Delays caused by missing information or late feedback may affect project timelines and fees. We reserve the right to pause work if required materials are not provided.

3. Fees and payment

Project fees, payment schedules, and cancellation terms are described in the relevant proposal. Invoices are due according to the stated terms. Late payments may result in project delays or additional administrative fees. We may suspend work until outstanding balances are paid.

4. Ownership and intellectual property

Unless otherwise specified in writing, clients retain ownership of their brand assets, business information, and content supplied by them. Nova Studio retains ownership of its templates, methodologies, general know-how, and pre-existing intellectual property. Final deliverables will be assigned to the client when all agreed fees are paid and all relevant deliverables are formally accepted under the project agreement.

5. Confidentiality

We will treat confidential information provided by clients as private and will not disclose it outside our team or authorized contractors, except where required by law or where the information is already publicly available. Clients should similarly protect any sensitive information they share with us.

6. Website use

You agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes, to interfere with site security, or to attempt unauthorized access to systems or data. We may suspend access to the website if we reasonably believe the site is being used in a harmful, abusive, or unlawful way.

7. Limitation of liability

Nova Studio makes no guarantees that the website or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or our services, except where prohibited by law or specifically agreed in writing.
